Two kinds of bookers, both welcome

Lock your date before somebody else does.

The early planner

Planning from June? Popular dates book early - the good Fridays go first.

The last-minute legend

Need something this week? We move fast. One call and it's handled.

Quick date check

Tell us who you are and when you’re thinking of - we’ll check and come straight back.

How it works

From your first call to final round

No committees, no coordination on your side. You bring the occasion - we bring the rest.

01

You call

Tell us your date, venue and headcount. One call - that's your part done.

02

We bring everything

Headsets, screens and an experienced operator with every headset. You provide the roof and a plug.

03

Guests play

Three-to-seven minute rounds keep everyone in the game - and the party moving.

04

Leaderboard drama

Scores post live. Bragging rights are settled by the final round, loudly.

Planning a team-building day rather than a party? Our sister site vrteambuilding.co.za is built for exactly that.

Some of your guests would rather race than dance. Our sister site vrsports.co.za puts racing simulators at your venue - best lap wins.

Success factors

What makes a function work

Ten factors decide whether VR is the highlight of the function. The first three are non-negotiable - the rest we bring as standard.

Rounds sized for the timeline

Three-to-seven minute sessions slot into the run of the day - guests play without the party stopping.

Zero learning curve

So a first-timer is playing within seconds. An experienced operator with every headset handles the rest.

Fast rotation

So the whole room plays. One pair steps out, the next steps up - nobody is parked for long.

Nice to have

  • Two players at a time - a shared go beats a solo one
  • Scores and leaderboards for bragging rights, settled loudly
  • Indoor friendly - it needs shelter + a standard 220V socket, that's all
  • Small venue footprint - about 2.5 m × 1.5 m per headset
  • Hosted play - guests walk up, strap in and play
  • A wildcard round - Flee Fly, the surprise of the day
  • We bring everything else - screens, extension leads, the lot

The experiences

Pick your arena - or play them all

Every headset is hosted, so guests just walk up, strap in and play. Rotation keeps the whole room involved.

i.

Altophobia

Defuse a bomb 30 stories up. Two players on rooftops in buildings opposite each other. One walks the plank and builds a bridge across; the other crosses, grabs the ticking bomb, and gets it back to defuse it - all inside 90 seconds.

ii.

Time Sink

Putt-putt on top of Table Mountain. Warning: dangerously moreish.

iii.

Airspeed

Full-throttle drone racing. The overtaking is aggressive; the trash talk more so.

iv.

Flee Fly

The wildcard. Ask us about it - half the fun is the surprise.

More experiences are on the shelf - not sure what suits your crowd? We'll match the mix to your guest list when you call.

Venues & proof

If there's a roof and a plug, we're at home

Conference centres, office parks, marquees and expo stands - the setup is small, the reaction is not.

Quick answers

The three questions every organiser asks

How much space do you need?

About 2.5 m × 1.5 m per headset - a corner of most venues does the job. We plan the layout with you beforehand, so nothing surprises you on the day.

What about power?

It runs off any standard 220V socket. We bring everything else - extension leads, screens, the lot.

Indoors or outdoors?

The setup requires shelter - a hall, marquee or covered patio is perfect - plus a standard 220V socket. We bring everything else; if your guests are dry, the headsets are happy.

Check your date

Tell us the date - we'll do the rest

No obligation. We confirm availability and come back to you with a plan that fits your room and your crowd.

Thanks - we’ll come back to you shortly.
